2019 WAITS-MAST - Pinot Noir
Anderson Valley

This is our first Anderson Valley-designate offering, combining Pinot Noir from three different vineyards: Wentzel, Nash Mill and Roma's. We're excited about this homage to the valley that captured our heart more than twenty years ago and sparked our early dreams of making wine some day.

Winemaker's tasting notes: Medium garnet in the glass with a dense nose of cherry hard candy, black tea, and a hint of cocoa powder. Aged entirely in neutral oak, this wine displays freshness and can be enjoyed on its own but has plenty of bright acidity and body to handle a range of foods from an aged gouda to a mushroom carbonara. This wine will drink well right now, but will continue to develop over the next 3-5 years.
